EKYBION : NASAL SPRAY FOR HORSES

Ekybion is a respiratory hygienic product administred by individual aerosols propulsed by nitro-oxyde gaz. It's an homeopathic complex which demonstrate in laboratory tests in vitro virostatic and a bacteriostatic properties. These properties allow to control respiratory troubles on racing horses and on the breeding stocks. The inhibition of pathogens directly on the respiratory mucosa prevent the contagiousness from a sick animal to his congeners and help him to obtain a shorter recovery. EKYBION has been administred on more than 10.000 horses in Europe for the last ten years and we never observed any problem of toxicity. The product shows no doping effect and can be use just before racing.
The product EKYBION is absolutely safe and demonstrate a very good efficacy for controlling the respiratory diseases of horses. There are no currents today for the same indications on the market.

Directions for use

Shake well the canister before use. Be very kind with the horses especially during the first applications. Two persons are recommanded for adminitration of EKYBION. One person holds the horse. The other catches the horse's nose as he sets a twitch and with the other hand inserts the nozzle into the nostril. Close the nostril and spray EKYBION for 10 seconds. The horse's head is lifted upward and kept up untill you observe the horse swallowing. Repeat this procedure with the other nostril.

Indications for use

1.Individual sick horses : EKYBION should be administer to sick horses twice a day for seven days and once a day for five days. Sometimes, in severe cases or chronic diseases it may be necessary to pursue the administration for a longer time till you oberve the full recovery. 

2. Horses at risk : It's horses without clinical signs which have been in contact with sick horses. They should recieve EKYBION once a day for four days. If they show clinical signs follow direction 1.

3. In case of abortion outbreak : Administer EKYBION to all the horses of the stud farm twice a day during ten days. Pursue to administer EKYBION once a day to all the pregnant mares till the day after foaling.

 4. Travelling horses : Each horse recieve a dose before leaving the stable and another one when he returuns to the stable. This indication is the best to prevent the introduction of pathogens in a sound stable. The meetings such races, horse show or sales are the most significant occasion for the virus propagation between the different stables.

Storage

Store between 10° to 40°C in the horizontal position.

Ingredients

Hepar Sulfur, Silicea, Hahnemann causticum, Sepia officinalis, Thuya occidentalis, Calcarea phosphorica, Pulsatilla, Iodium at 30 CH. Phosphorus, Cantharis, Baptista tinctoria, Echinacea angustifolia, Nitrcum acidum, Phellandrium aquaticum, Arnica montana, Bryonia dioica at 9 CH. Purified aqua alcohol at 0.2 %. Spray propulsed by nitro-oxyde gaz.
